Caillou Makes Cookies (French Title: Caillou Fait Des Biscuits) is an episode from Season 1 of Caillou. It originally aired on September 15, 1997[1] and on September 4, 2000 on (PBS Kids).
Plot[]
Caillou is in the living room playing loudly with his drum and singing. His mommy comes in and tells him to play quietly because Rosie needs to take a nap. He bangs on his drum again, and she tells him to play quietly Caillou decides to dump a box of building bricks all over the floor, but when Mommy comes back in and catches him making noise, she tells him again to play quietly.
Caillou sees a blank book with cookies on the cover and decides he wants to make some. Caillou goes to the kitchen and gets dizzy looking at things high up on the shelf. Then, Caillou tries to grab a honey pot, which is on the top shelf, and knocks everything on to the floor. Gilbert comes in. Caillou opens the jar of honey, and the honey falls on the floor and goes all over the place. Caillou decides to make honey cookies - fat ones, skinny ones, flat ones, and round ones.
He gets caught and starts to cry after Mommy comes in and is very annoyed at Caillou when she catches him making a mess, Then she cleans it up, and she tells him to keep the kitchen clean. Later, Mommy rewards him with a chance to make cookies with her, but Mommy ends up making a mess. They finish making the cookies.
The next morning, Caillou's family eats lunch outside and they have cookies for dessert. Caillou takes credit for making cookies and later goes to the sandbox and throws blobs of wet sand onto the grass. Caillou's Daddy asks him what he's making, and he says he is making a big mess.

- This episode was premiered on Cartoonito on September 13, 2021 along with Caillou Isn't Afraid Anymore, Caillou Hates Vegetables, Caillou's All Alone and Caillou Tidies His Toys.
- This is the first episode Caillou cries, except he just whined.
- However, in the remastered version of this episode, it looked like he was laughing as his lips was smiling instead of frowning like in the original version[2]
