Julie in Season 1.
Julie is Caillou and Rosie's teenaged babysitter, who appeared as a reoccurring character in the first three Seasons. She first appeared in the episode Caillou's New Babysitter. At first, Caillou didn't like her, but after a fun restaurant and dress up game, he started to like her, and felt sad when she was leaving for the day. She loves playing many pretend games with Caillou and Rosie.
She wears a coat (blue in Season 1, green and red in Season 2 and 3) and red pants with orange shoes. She has blond hair with a ponytail and a hairband that's red (green in Seasons 2 and 3). She also has a ear piercing in one ear.
However, after Season 3, Julie disappeared from the series, with the last episode she appeared in being Caillou Becomes a Waiter in Season 3. After Season 3, Grandma and/or Grandpa are shown babysitting Caillou and Rosie instead.

- Julie (Voiced by Holly Gauthier-Frankel) in Caillou has the same voice as Belinda from Mona the Vampire.
- She is born on April 5.
- Julie's disappearance is unknown, she may have been in school or possibly moved away due to the fact that she was a teenager.
