Leo is one of Caillou's buddies. At first, he was mean to Caillou in the episode Caillou at Daycare, but they quickly became friends in the same episode.

In Caillou's Holiday Movie and A Playschool Party, it's revealed he's Jewish and that he celebrates Hanukkah.

Voiced by Johanne Garneau in the French version, Vince Davies in Caillou's Holiday Movie, Jonathan Koensgen from 1997 to 2008 and Graeme Jokic in 2010 and Lucien Duncan-Reid in 2022.

Leo has orange hair and wears a yellow shirt with a red long-sleeve shirt underneath, green pants held up by blue suspenders and red sneakers with blue trim and yellow straps.

  • His favorite color is green.
  • His French voice actress, Johanne Garneau also did the voice of Timmy Tibble (One of the Tibble Twins who wears a blue scarf) in the French version of Arthur (Another show that was produced by CINAR).
  • His first voice actor, Jonathan Koensgen also voiced Tommy Tibble in Arthur (Tommy wears a red scarf).
  • His second voice actor, Graeme Jokic will later voice Franklin Turtle in another Canadian TV Show, Franklin and Friends.
  • Leo is one of the few characters who has orange hair.
